New Year’s Eve at aigu is filling up quickly — especially in the area with DJ & dancefloor.
All the more reason to be pleased: for guests who prefer to start the evening a little more quietly at the table, the aigu Restaurant and our bistro area are festively set for New Year’s Eve.
One last toast this year, one last good laugh, one last long dinner — and then letting go of what was. At aigu, we celebrate New Year’s Eve with everything it deserves: a festive apéritif, a gala dinner full of culinary ideas, and an atmosphere that carries you through the night.
The evening begins promptly at 6.30 pm with a shared apéritif. From 7.15 pm, we serve a seven-course menu, created by Executive Chef Marcel Scheuner and his team — refined, surprising, with a subtle touch of the South of France. Your hosts Irene Gangwisch, Florian Gabathuler and Ehsan Pourhassan, together with the entire aigu team, will ensure attentive service, personal guidance and a warm atmosphere.
Once dessert is done, the music takes over: DJ Tom Blattmann sets the pace. The dancefloor is in the Harmonie area — and is, of course, also open to guests seated in the restaurant/bistro area.Reservation required.
