Our «Édition d’automne» brings together Swiss classics and southern French lightness. Pumpkin, porcini mushrooms, celeriac, beetroot, pear, chestnuts and plums meet creative vegan dishes, fine fish and meat – seasonal, varied and full of character.
Whether it is lunch, a relaxed dinner for two, meeting friends, brunch or an event with your team, the restaurant, winter garden and Bar & Lounge offer the right setting for every autumn occasion.

Swiss cuisine with a southern French accent. At aigu, we bring together the best of two culinary worlds: the diversity and down-to-earth character of Swiss cuisine, combined with the delicate flavours and lightness of southern France.
We focus on high-quality produce, seasonal ingredients and locally sourced products wherever possible. Fresh herbs, Mediterranean spices and creative combinations give our dishes their distinctive character.
From well-loved classics such as Zurich-style sliced veal and Zug-style cordon bleu to Provençal bouillabaisse, our menu brings together familiar favourites and exciting new flavours. Plant-based cuisine also has its place on our menu, with a varied selection of vegetarian and vegan creations that are much more than just an alternative.
