Devilish Stories
Dramatised reading & dinner
with Maria Greco

On the piano: Veronica Hvalic

Friday, 11 September 2026

Guests arrive between 6.30 pm and 7.00 pm
The event begins at 7.00 pm

Join us on a devilishly exciting and humorous journey at aigu!

Between the sinfully delicious courses from the aigu kitchen, Maria Greco will read and recount selected fairy tales from the underworld. Veronica Hvalic will accompany her on the piano, adding a touch of nuance.

The devil generally represents evil. He rarely has good intentions. However, there are also stories that show he is a being with all-too-human traits. And the Devil isn’t always particularly clever – which can be extremely reassuring.
In the Brothers Grimm’s fairy tale ‘The Devil with the Three Golden Hairs’, a young man must solve difficult tasks. In the adventurous fairy tale ‘Hans and the Beanstalk’, you’ll be amazed by the magic beans. In between, there are a few short, humorous devilish stories, accompanied by music from Veronica Hvalic.

Ever since the devil was invented, he has literally been demonised.

In between: a trio of aperitifs to kick things off, followed by a devilishly good three-course menu.

aigu – devilishly good stories, heavenly good treats.

Please note: The evening will be held in Swiss dialect . Those familiar with the dialect can look forward to a particularly atmospheric experience – everyone else can enjoy the music, atmosphere and cuisine even without understanding a single word.
