In May, the aigu is fully dedicated to the asparagus season.

White asparagus is served with a choice of hollandaise sauce or brown butter, accompanied by delicious parsley potatoes.

If you like, add whatever you fancy: raw ham, cooked ham or a 200 g veal steak.

A spring classic, clear in flavour and as uncomplicated as it is good.
